Personal Watercraft Safety
Climbing aboard your Sea-Doo after you launch it and plunging into open water is a great way to spend a sunny Saturday afternoon on the lake. Many PWC owners are champing at the bit to get their personal watercraft into the water when the months grow hot. Before you pack up and head to the ramp, though, you should take some time to review these personal watercraft safety tips from 2Brothers Powersports, your Onalaska personal watercraft dealership. We want all our customers to use best practices when they’re on their watercraft.
Launching A PWC
Riding a Sea-Doo over the sparkling waters of a clear lake is one of the great pleasures of summer. Now that the warm months are here, many novice and advanced personal watercraft riders are taking their PWCs out to the dock to launch them -- and sometimes they struggle to do this expediently.
Motorcycle Camping
Motorcycles are a great way to break up a mundane work commute, and they’re also more than appropriate for thrilling freeway rides and weekend cruises around urban centers, but there’s another fun way to use your bike: camping. After all, not every moment can be about adrenaline fueled thrills; everyone needs time to recharge, to break away from the everyday and reconnect with nature and their own true selves. Just because nature is involved doesn’t mean you have to leave the hog at home! Pack up your bike and get ready for some motorcycle camping tips and tricks!
Pre-Ride Checklist for Motorcycles
What’s the best way to start off any motorcycle ride? Going through a safety pre-ride checklist of course! Sure it may not be the most glamorous beginning to a trip, but it’s a crucial component of safe riding. It’s easy to forget important steps when there’s so much to remember. We care about your safety at 2 Brothers Powersports, so we put together a Honda bikes pre-ride checklist for your convenience. If you find a bike issue, you can get it serviced at our location in Onalaska, Wisconsin.
Snowmobile Maintenance
We’re well into the heart of snowmobiling season so it’s time to check in and make sure you’re following all the best practices for snowmobiling upkeep and maintenance. Sleds are a little different from your average powersport vehicle and not as commonly talked about, so you may be a little lost as to where to find information on maintaining it. That’s where 2Brothers Powersports comes in. We’ve provided some of the basic maintenance checks you should be performing regularly on your own, before every ride if possible. But a good snowmobiler also knows their ride will need regular tune-ups from a professional as well.
